On this online platform you can purchase tickets for the national theater “Csiky Gergely” in Timișoara.
How to order:
- Select the desired performance on the home page
- On the performance page select the desired seats/ticket types and add them to your cart.
- A kívánt jegyek kosárba helyezése után navigáljon a kosár oldalra, és ellenőrizze, annak tartalmát - Ha elégedett, akkor a vásárlását véglegesítheti az oldal alján található “ Vásárlás véglegesítése” gombbal.
- After adding the ticket(s) to your cart navigate to the cart page, and verify it’s contents - if you are satisfied press the “Finalize your purchase” button.
- To finalize your purchase fill out the requested data and press the button on the bottom of the form - following this you will be redirected to the payment processor’s page, where you can pay for the order.
- You can only pay for the desired tickets online with a credit/debit card:
- In case of a successful payment you will be redirected to a page that will contain further information about your purchase and about the tickets - you will also receive an e-mail to the address that you provided with your purchase details as well as a link to the printing page.
- In case of a unsuccessful payment the tickets you reserved will be freed up and be available for purchase once again - If the payment process failed please try again, and if the problem persists please contact us directly.
- In case of a successful payment, you need to print the tickets yourself and provide it during entry.
Important: Due to security reasons the ticket(s) you only have 30 minutes to complete your purchase, otherwise the tickets you reserved will be freed up and will be available for reservation once again.
Return policy:
In case of a canceled performance you may ask for a refund - in this case you will need to contact us directly no later than 48 hours after the performance’s original date.
